Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).
  • We may offer Free Delivery on selected promotions or minimum order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan through PostEx.

Please ensure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel.

Failed Deliveries

If the customer:

  • Does not respond to courier calls
  • Provides an incorrect address
  • Refuses to accept the parcel

The order may be canceled and future COD orders can be restricted.
